1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Echo: AI Music & Voice Changer application ("Echo" or the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AAAI Studio LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Service
Echo is an AI-powered voice and music generation platform available on iOS. The App provides features including but not limited to:
- AI voice synthesis and text-to-speech generation
- Voice cloning from audio samples
- AI music generation from text descriptions
- Sound effects and audio filters
- Professional dubbing and voiceover tools
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of Echo, you may be required to create an account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Subscription & Payments
Echo offers the following access tiers:
- Free Tier: Basic access to AI voices, limited monthly credits, and standard sound effects.
- Credits: One-time credit purchases for additional usage beyond the free tier allowance.
- Pro Subscription: A monthly subscription ($24.99/month) providing unlimited credits, all premium voices, AI music generation, voice cloning, priority support, and a commercial license.
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions are managed and billed through the Apple App Store. To cancel your subscription, go to your App Store account settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create using Echo, including generated audio, music, and voice recordings ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant AAAI Studio LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services. This license does not grant us the right to sell, distribute, or publicly display your content without your permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Echo to:
- Impersonate others: Create audio content that falsely represents another person's voice or identity with the intent to deceive, defraud, or cause harm.
- Commit fraud: Generate content for scams, phishing, social engineering, or any other fraudulent activity.
- Harass or threaten: Create content intended to bully, harass, intimidate, or threaten any individual or group.
- Engage in illegal activity: Use the App for any purpose that violates local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Violate rights: Generate content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
- Produce harmful content: Create deepfake audio, non-consensual intimate audio, or content designed to spread misinformation.
We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including removing content and suspending or terminating accounts.
7. Voice Cloning Policy
Echo's voice cloning feature comes with specific responsibilities:
- You may only clone voices that you have the legal right to clone, including your own voice or voices for which you have obtained explicit written consent from the voice owner.
- You must obtain clear, informed consent from any person whose voice you wish to clone before creating a voice clone.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of voice cloning complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- We reserve the right to remove any voice clones or generated content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, our policies, or the rights of others.
8. Intellectual Property
The Echo application, including its design, code, AI models, brand identity, logos, trademarks, and all underlying technology, is the exclusive property of AAAI Studio LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App or its technology without our prior written consent.
9. Disclaimers
Echo is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any particular purpose
- The quality of any generated audio will meet your specific expectations
- Any defects in the App will be corrected
You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or artifacts, and you use such content at your own risk and discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AAAI Studio LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, revenue, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Echo at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination:
- Your right to access and use the App will immediately cease
- We may delete your account data, including voice clones and generated content
- Any outstanding subscription will be cancelled (refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy)
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@aaai.studio or by deleting your account through the App settings.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Echo shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App, via email, or by posting a notice on our website. The updated Terms will be effective upon posting, and your continued use of Echo after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
